There is however another way. Many foreign currency brokers will now call you if you have foreign bank accounts as they see you as someone who may need their services. When they do you will be able to negotiate with them and get some great deals. There is no doubt these prices will be better than the banks however if you haven’t been contacted and you are not sure which way to turn the fall back option is always to go to your bank.
